No matter where you are moving - we will take care of transporting your pet From your place of residence to your destination. We organize the pickup, paperwork and safe delivery - you take care of the move, we take care of the rest.

DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE

We provide convenient and fully organized transportation of animals on a formula of door-to-door. We pick up your pet directly from its current location and deliver it safely to the specified address - at home or abroad.

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

We offer full service customs clearance - import and export. We handle the completion of documentation, coordination of veterinary procedures and liaison with the relevant customs services, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

TRANSPORTATION OF EXOTIC ANIMALS

We specialize in transporting exotic animals - such as aquarium fish, reptiles, amphibians, arachnids and other unusual species. We ensure proper transport conditions, in accordance with biological and legal requirements, including CITES.

Cooperation with certified veterinarians (BOAS)

Preparing a pet for travel is also a matter of health. We work with experienced, BOAS-certified doctors, who specialize in the care of brachycephalic breeds and more. This gives you the assurance that your pet is in good hands.

Assistance with veterinary documentation

We will take care of comprehensive preparation of veterinary documents - for both export and import of animals. We know what regulations apply in each country and will make sure that everything is ready on time.

Custom transport cages - also made to size

We have our own certified transport cages, which meet all the requirements of carriers. On request, we will also prepare a cage made to measure, tailored to the dimensions and needs of your pet. You can receive the cage in advance, so that your pet can calmly get used to it before the trip.

Cooperation with animal hotels

If necessary, we provide a safe place to stay for your pet - both before and after the trip. We only use proven, pet-friendly hotels where every pet will be taken care of.

    The required documents depend on the destination country and the type of animal. The most commonly needed are a passport, a health certificate, proof of vaccinations and, for some countries, additional permits and laboratory tests. It is advisable to consult with us before traveling to make sure you have a set of necessary documents.
    ⤵ Can I travel on the same flight as my pet?
    Yes, in many cases it is possible, but it depends on the airline and class of travel. We recommend contacting the carrier in advance.
    ⤵ How to prepare your pet for travel?
    It is advisable to familiarize the animal with the carrier, avoid feeding just before the trip, and consult a veterinarian.
    ⤵ Is there anything I can do to make the trip more comfortable for my pet?
    It is a good idea to buy/rent a pet carrier in advance and get your pet accustomed to it at home. You can set it up like a bed, add toys or even feed your pet in it - this will significantly reduce the stress of being in a carrier during the flight.
