    How to take measurements of the animal?

    Measurements should be taken when the animal is in a standing and upright position. The right carrier will keep your pet comfortable throughout the trip.

    A – Length: Measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail.
    B– Height from ground to elbow: Measure the height from the ground to the elbow of the front paw.
    C– Width: Measure the widest part of the animal’s body.
    D– Height: Measure from the ground to the top of the head or the end of the ears (if taller).

    The required documents depend on the destination country and the type of animal. The most commonly needed are a passport, a health certificate, proof of vaccinations and, for some countries, additional permits and laboratory tests. It is advisable to consult with us before traveling to make sure you have a set of necessary documents.
    ⤵ Can I travel on the same flight as my pet?
    Yes, in many cases it is possible, but it depends on the airline and class of travel. We recommend contacting the carrier in advance.
    ⤵ How to prepare your pet for travel?
    It is advisable to familiarize the animal with the carrier, avoid feeding just before the trip, and consult a veterinarian.

    We have our own certified transport cages, which meet all the requirements of carriers. On request, we will also prepare a cage made to measure, tailored to the dimensions and needs of your pet. You can receive the cage in advance, so that your pet can calmly get used to it before the trip.
